Description of Klimatronik recuperators 160 Basic

Purpose


The Klimatronik 160 Basic heat recovery ventilation system is an energy-efficient solution for providing a comfortable microclimate inside most types of rooms. Klimatronik recuperators use a countercurrent heat exchanger, which provides ventilation with simultaneous operation of the inflow and exhaust without mixing air flows, while preserving thermal energy in the room. The operation of the device ensures a constant supply of fresh air and extraction of “exhaust” air from the room together with fine dust and other pollutants. This principle of ventilation contributes to the better well-being of a person and increase the level of his efficiency and well-being.

Countercurrent heat exchanger
 
The counter-flow type of construction provides twice the volume of air exchange in comparison with reversible type recuperators, other times being equal, because the inflow and exhaust occur simultaneously.
Automatic inflow heating
 
In the cold period the function brings temperature of supply air to room and thus provides comfortable ventilation even in a strong frost.
Remote control and mobile application (via Wi-Fi)
 
Control the device with a remote control and a mobile application for Android / iOS via Wi-Fi with convenient functionality.
Easy installation of the recuperator
 
Installation is carried out only from the side of the room, so there is no need for the services of “climbers”, as in the case of many recuperators from other manufacturers.
Efficient heat exchanger material
 
Copper is one of the best materials with a high thermal conductivity. It is also a natural antiseptic, so it does not accumulate microorganisms and partially filters the incoming air from them.
Automatic defrosting of condensate
 
The function prevents ice formation inside the structure and thus significantly expands the operating temperature range of the recuperator.
